Good day i have the girls today got Ashlyn at noon from her friends .took Ashlyn to micheals and got her a loom kit to make bracelets saved 30% off with digital cpn.
Then all of us Papa also went into neigbours pool ,he and his wife were going to their cottage and he said feel free to go in .

The days are too hot not to enjoy the water .So we stayed in the pool for an hour .

Hubby just went and he is looking at buying all new tires ,as ours always need inflating and they are older.

Son will pick up the girls at 6.00 on his way home from work.

    Good Afternoon Everyone,
It is a hot one out there, I broke a sweat walking from Superstore to my car.

Since I was in the office my plan was to go to Superstore after work to grab a few things. Only Superstore and Wal-Mart now carry the Oregano Oil pills I like, Wal-Mart at one point jumped to $17.99, they are now down to $14 something but this whole time they have been $10.99 at Superstore so I like to stock up there.

Only issue was I checked stock before I went and the one by work was showing low stock so I opted to to the one closer to our head office so I could hopefully grab a couple of bottle, I was able to get 2. I also grabbed 3 packs of Halls as they have a special spend $12 get 3000 pts, and also grabbed an Oil of Olay since they were on sale. Lately the Oil of Olay we use doesn't go on sale and when it does they don't have the one we get, we like the sensitive skin one. Since they had one I grabbed them. It was the oddest shop.

Since I was on the that side of town I ran into DSW to try on a pair of shoes I have been stocking online, in my mind they were going to be the perfect flat, I was wrong, it was a quick in and out. I did take a quick look around but I am having such a hard time finding flats I like this year, I might just give up and try again next year.

I went into a plaza I normally don't go into and they do have a smaller parking lot but let me tell you between the Handicap, expectant mother parking and curbside pick up there are very few regular spots. I am not complaining about the Handicap or expectant mother parking but one store alone had 20 curbside spots, you cannot tell me that all 20 are ever full. Then add in the other stores also have curbside, there are a ton of open spots but none a regular shopper can actually park in.

Time to finish up work for the day and figure out dinner. I was doing good until today and now again I am back what am I going to cook.

It’s been a HOT one today and tomorrow’s going to be the same so I was up at 4:30 and out waterier my garden at 6am when it was actually kinda cold. My garden is looking pretty good. Harvested some Swiss chard and loads of mini tomatoes and basil. My dill is struggling but I also planted it late. I only have 1 pepper (not a bell but a long sweet pepper but can’t remember what it’s called) but my patty pan squash is BEAUTIFUL. I also planted it late but it has big beautiful healthy leaves and several patties are growing nicely. Definitely going to grow them next year.

Went for a walk with my parents at 9am before the heat rolled in and waiting for Dh so I can return my glasses at Lens Crafters as I really don’t like them, then off to Bulk Barn for oats then home for the gym and dinner before prepping for a busy work week until Saturday.

Good Morning! We were suppose to get rain at 1am for a few hours but I don't think that happened.
    Looks very overcast this morning.

Our swim last night was amazing! The clouds covered the sun so it wasn't beating down on us which was nice.

Tonight I have a dinner function with my sister. Have set my alarm to remind me when to get ready to go.

Off to get this work day out of the way!

    Good Morning Everyone,
Not sure if it is the heat or the headache I went to bed with last night but oh my gosh, I did not want to get up this morning. I literally felt like I could not wake up and finally around 6:30 I had to force myself to get up and start the day.

Good news is now that I am up and moving, I am feeling better, I was worried it was going to be a rough day.

Had some work stuff I needed to knock out first thing this morning because I should have done it last night but once the headache hit I was done.

Dinner ended up being Nachos as I did not really have cooking in me last night. I did not clean the kitchen either so I need to do that, I got most of it in the dishwasher well I made my breakfast but will finish it up shortly as I don't want to let it pile up.

For dinner tonight I am thinking Foil Pack Potatoes with either Baked Sausage or Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops. The last batch of pork chops I bought (well pork loin as we cut our own pork chops) are a little gamey, they are fine to eat, there is nothing wrong, they just taste a little more gamey than normal and I am not enjoying them. Then of course I will need to come up with a veggie but that is a problem for later.

Need to check the flyers and plan my shopping, really just hoping for some fresh options. Is it just me, I feel like more so the veggie sales have not been there this summer.

Still need to go to Dollarama and think I need to make a trip to Bulk Barn. I need Dill, which sound so easy but neither No Frills or RCSS carry it in a bag they only have the Clubhouse jar and those are $6.99, um no thank you. Will see if maybe Food Basics has it, if I shop there this week, if not off to Bulk Barn because I am not paying $6.99 for Dill.

    Happy Wednesday Everyone.

CG-all the best with your knee surgery. Nice to have it coming up so soon-and in the summer when it is easier to get out and exercise.

I like stopping by my new local SDM to look for clearance items. Today I found $2 PC bacon 500g - best by Aug 1. I bought all 10 packages for that price. One is in the fridge, the rest went straight into the freezer.

I see future bacon meals for our family.
Home made waffles with bacon and fruit.
    Bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, toast, fruit
    Corn chowder
    Toasted bacon and tomato sandwiches.

Man, what a hot day. Only 26 degrees Celsius, but it must have been the humidity. I lost 7 pounds (water weight). I borrowed the hose in front of RCSS and gave myself a little sprinkle; like a little kid running through the sprinkler.

My Shell station had 6x sub sandwiches for me and they reminded me of the Baa, Baa, Black sheep rhyme.

Baa, Baa, black sheep, have you any sandwiches?
Yes, sir, yes, sir, 6x bags full
    1x for the Walmart greeter,
    2x for the eco-station guys,
3x for the aged man, who lives 'cross the street.

    Good Morning Everyone,
Not sure what is up but again this morning I woke up exhausted. I have considered am I going into a flare up, I have a couple small symptoms but none of my oh I know what this is symptoms. I have the meds I can take them but I also don't want to take them until I am sure.

Got my Hydro bill yesterday and it doubled, the only thing I can think of that was different was getting the washer and dryer but could they really increase my bill that much? Maybe it is a mix of the extra laundry I did and how warm it has been so we have been running the AC but normally the AC doesn't increase it that much. Guess we will see what happens next month.

I am feeling a little unfocused today, I got a call late yesterday asking what my plan is for next week and I was kinda confused the only thing I have for next week is a meeting this person called and I was going to test two staff members. Turns out they were supposed to tell me someone is coming in to oversee some of my training sessions but since I didn't know I didn't book any sessions. Generally speaking on short weeks I don't do training because it is harder to pull staff away. So now I need a plan so have reached out to some staff to see if I can pull staff but the two it looks likes are options I don't have training plans for.

It is my fault, I said at the start of the week if work can stay okayish, I get some stuff done at home and get back on track for dinner I would be happy. So apparently I jinxed myself.

Last night we ended up have Blueberry Dutch Baby for dinner, we ate lunch late and weren't really hungry so when we were, we decided breakfast for dinner it was.

Thinking tonight might be foil pack potatoes and either sausage, pork chops or maybe chicken. We need to make more BBQ sauce, I would just make it but I know Mom wants too so I am waiting. We also need pizza sauce again, I am waiting.

    Happy Thursday Everyone.

Morning! Slow slow start for me today. Was home later then expected and then could not fall asleep. Then woke up at 5am!

I had the best evening with my sister last night. We don't get much time just the 2 of us so it was nice. The dinner function we were at was really good. They had a serve yourself salad table and dessert table. Choice of main- we were torn between the steak and chicken and were going to get one of each and split but then decided we both would get steak. It was really good!

Today I hope to pick up most of the groceries that I can to be ready for the week away. I am in charge of making our traveling day lunch for the group so will pick up croissants for the sandwiches. We totally downsized our meal plan figuring we are going to have so many leftovers from our dinners that they can be eaten for lunch. And we added a food truck dinner night to make it easier (since there are lots at this beach resort) Trying to make it as stress free as possible!
Writing out my list this morning so I am ready!

    Have a wonderful day!

Today is our twins’ 10th birthday. I made chocolate chip waffles, bacon, and honey due melon for the family.

I entered our kids for the radio’s birthday corner contest. They won! I have entered the kids for years and this is their first win. They get a free DQ cake.

Got notification that my package arrived, went to the post office to pick it up.

Since I was out, I ran into No Frills for a few things, we did not need much but wanted to get Milk and when it is on sale my store always sells out. I also grabbed:
    2x Blueberries $1.44 (PM Wal-Mart)
    1 x Napa Cabbage $0.99/lb (PM Sobeys)
2 x Sandwich Meat (we have been having issues with lunch lately so a quick option to get us through the weekend)
1 x Rye with a Touch of Sourdough (So in love with this bread)
    2 x Sour Cream $2.49

I did not grab any cucumbers which I am now regretting as mine aren't looking for good so might have to run out and grab those over the weekend.

I don't know if it is just the locals trying to get out before the cottagers come but OH MY GOSH was insane in town, so busy.

Also considering changing my mind on dinner, all of a sudden pasta sounds really good so might make a Chicken Parm Pasta bake, we will see.
