    On Flash Food today-1 litre coffee cream for .24 cents and 2 lbs of grapes for 2.99.

    RCSS- Water flavour (hydration pack) Free (SCOP) I am starting to gather for summer adventure (love water but sometimes I want something else!)

    All of them said $4.29 but the lemon lime. I had a sign that said 2 for $6.50 or $3.99 (of course it rang up $4.29) Cheaper at Walmart but I was just taking a look to see what they had.

    Socks ladies 2.00 reduced on walmarts clearance
    aveeno healing ointment 4.00 after cpn

    Total 11.30 to give to my 76 year old sister-in-law who had knee surgery back in January ,she is not a flower person ,so gifts it is .Plus i am taking her a few apples as she doesnt get out as much and homemade turkey soup.

    No cost for the bag as i am using one already given to me reuse.

    #2 SCOP today. Just paid at cashier and went to customer service. She tried to adjust the price but I mentioned SCOP. Hate how they make you ask for it...

    stopped at Sobeys and picked up 2 packs of meat-original price was 11.59-mark down was 6.59. Also got a bag of mini peppers for 1.99 and 6 large oranges at 1.99.

    vitabath bubb le bath 3.39 a gift
    (2) oikos yogurt 4 pkg 25% and 50% stickers on them expire in 2 days $1.10 each pkg

    orange biscuits imported from england 2.98 reduced
    ever loreal shampoo reduced 7.19

    tragically hip t-shirt 11.00 for hubby reduced

    I picked up a Flash food bag for $2.00 today-it had 20 pieces of fruit in it-can't beat that at 10 cents each!

    Today i bought a GE washer and dryer saved $500 from the pair plus saved 120.00 delivery charge as we are repeat customers and they did that for us .

    DH and I completed the week's groceries on Saturday shopping at 3 stores. Reward points were earned at Pharmasave, NF and FB.
    One bag of Olivieri Cheese filled gnocchi was 30% off, then a personal offer of 1,500 made them $2.00 oop. We avoided buying any
    new ice cream treats out of practicality. They'd soften in the milder temps on the drive back home.
    Shopping once a week ( relying on DH to drive ) keeps me super organized with a list in hand. We only missed picking up one item,
    the darn pee pads for Claudius. I have to be grateful that at least he's still trekking downstairs to the litter box " area ".
    Doesn't always get inside the box but ......

    I picked up 6 large peppers on clearance for 1.99. Along with 8 large apples for 1.99. Very close to me and no service charge like Flash Food-I think this has become my new go to for stocking up on produce. I could likely easily feed the two of us with fresh fruit and veg for a week for $10 or less. It is actually just a short walk and one of the staff told me they mark down produce around noon. They also have meat markdowns. I know where I will be going!

    I found that the stores near me would mark down the meat shortly after the store opening. One of the meat guys would do a walk thru of the meat department to tidy up the section with a roll of the discount stickers. I would be right behind him grabing up anything of interest

    6 lemons for 1.99 and another bag with 4 peppers and a few jalapenos and a zucchini for 1.99. I love the markdowns at my local Sobeys.

    What a relief to fill up at Costco for $1.37.9-saving 20 cents per litre off the corner gas station. I am sure my savings on gas and propane alone pay for our membership. Next week I am also having new tires installed there.

    On Monday my new No Frills had laundry detergent marked down. Purex 50 loads $4.44 and Arm and Hammer 55 loads $3.74 bought 5. And yesterday at Sobeys Tostitos were 2/$7 plus 300 scene points wyb 2 so works out to $2 each, but then there were peelies for free Tostito dips or salsa wyb 3 so bought 6 and got 2 free salsas which scanned at $6.98 each. Deal also worked with potato chips. Today is last day
