I haven't either... but had 2 surveys that asked if I'd be willing to try some. *Shrugs*

I didn't get the second product... the second survey was to have been done by Nov. 11, and I emailed Nov. 10, got no response.
Any suggestions?

Evil kitten, it really seems to be hit and miss - depends upon your family demographic, etc., what you eat/drink, etc.
Some I've gotten, some I haven't. But I did a lot of surveys before I ever got something to test.

) but never with TNS before. you should definitely contact them, quoting the survey number and explaining what happened! there's no reason why they wouldn't (or shouldn't) reimburse your account.
