oh damn, this isn't the first time this has happened either? that's terrible if your mail is being snagged en route... that's the couriers problem (mine was delivered via fedex) and hopefully TNS can track their packages. have you notified them about it? I just read in the follow-up survey e-mail... "You may have already received this product. If not, it is on its way to you and you should receive it over the next couple of days."... so hopefully it comes but I'm sure you're not too optimistic if it's happened before. yikes april, hope it's in your mailbox tomorrow... keep us posted.

Okay, so I called TNS ( thanks for the number ) I spoke to a lot of people, very interesting! So I got put through to the man who controlls all the products, he said he was very sorry and is sending a new one out right away,he even had a list with everyones name on it hahaha.

So Im really hoping this one comes, thanks for the help!

I keep receiving surveys from them, but never with a product to test.

it's selected so randomly that I don't think there's a specific way to qualify for them other than answering every survey you receive honestly and actively... a product will surely come sooner or later. it took me awhile to receive one and then awhile after that to qualify for another. it's tailored to our answers in those certain surveys, otherwise it just seems like a draw... your name will come up!

My husband had to open mine! That's crazy. What if I were alone and needing that product so badly...... lol!

omg this whole time it was sent to someone else's home, they were nice enough to drop it off at my home. fed ex delivered it to the wrong address and my address is clearly correct on the package. the funny thing is that the people who received our package are friends with my brother lol.... how can fed ex charge so much and still make stupid mistakes

Darn difficult to open the product! I tore a bit of skin off my hand trying to open it - very dangerous....it even burns now when I use hand sanitizer
