    The last time I had anything from TNS was in the Summer time. Now I barely get any surveys from them & the last time I redeemed for a Chapters GC rather than sending me the physical card they e-mailed it to me.. making it somewhat useless until I transfer it onto a physical GC.

    I used to love TNS, not so much anymore.

    Just got 2 $5 amazon GCs... and neither code works... grrrrrrrr when I try to input it into amazon I get an error message... so I sent TNS an email... we shall see how long it takes for them to reply!

    Same with me! I emailed Amazon.ca and they replied within minutes.
    Apparently they are for Amazon.com and there is nothing they can do. I left a message at TNS 1800 number so we'll see what happens.

    This is strange because I know I ordered Amazon.ca cards.

    Heard back from TNS within an hour and those codes were used amazon.com ones sent by amazon to TNS by mistake. They will have it fixed in a few days and they are very sorry for the problems. TNS says they wish to drop amazon but they cant cuz people keep ordering them. I suggested other $5 cash outs like paypal or something, they are looking into it because amazon is giving them the run around, making TNS look bad.
