In my freezer clean up yesterday I pulled cooked roast beef. I bought fresh buns last night so will make beef on a bun with salad.
I may make a homemade mac and cheese today too so they can have whatever they want or everything :)

Made 14 of the lovely pork loin roll ups we had at Christmas, with a few changes to these.
After pounding each strip flatter I brushed them with BBQ sauce, then added salt, diced fresh celery leaves and lemon pepper, topped that with grated Parm and Mozz, then laid the 2 asparagus tips and 2 green beans inside.
Rolled up, toothpick secured and sauteed them in butter.
