Last night was a peanut butter and banana sandwich, had a super later lunch and was not hungry until almost bed time.
Tonight I am torn between a nice baked pasta dish or a classic Sunday roast beef dinner.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Our son came for supper - when he got to the door, he said Oh that amazing smell IS coming from your house! He smelled it from when he got out of his car, and was happy it was our supper, lol!
Made baked crunchy chicken pieces with homemade shake 'n bake, same coating for quartered russet potatoes, big garden salad with Caesar dressing.
'Twas a huge chicken from Co-op - we eat ate a fair bit, and there's enough for supper for us tomorrow.

Last night we had to do some running around so we decided to try Mary Brown's Chicken since one just opened recently here. I have to say I am quite impressed. I was not a KFC fan as I found their food so oily it made me sick, my stomach just could not handle it. Where is Mary's Brown had great flavour and way less grease, first time in a long time I have had fried chicken and not ended up in bed early feeling ill. So it is a nice change and I am sure we will have it again.
Tonight I am on my own for dinner and not sure what to have yet we have left over Bello Burgers I could just reheat, or there is left over roast beef mashed potatoes and gravy I could turn into a shepherds pie or I could ignore all the left overs and make pasta which I have been craving for a few days now. Will see how I feel when I am done work and go from there.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,
