    I made a stuffed roast chicken with mashed potatoes and frozen corn steamed. It's a little too hot to have the oven on, but that's why we have air conditioning.

    Our weather is opposite, we had to put the heat up today!

    Made a very hearty chili yesterday, with cornbread muffins.
    Today is leftover chili, made some pasta to go with, and husband will also have leftover roasted chicken pieces.

    I was so proud of myself, I am on my own for dinner and totally had a plan for dinner. Now my stomach is bothering me so my plan maybe on hold depending how I feel once I get off work. Tonight will probably end up being Kraft Dinner nice and bland.
