Dinner turned into plan B, I had planned to make Mashed Potato Bake and Roster Cauliflower which Mom would have with leftover Mary Brown's Chicken but apparently she ate the leftovers last night. So quick plan B pulled some homemade meatballs from the freezer made a mushroom gravy which I put over leftover mashed potatoes which needed to be used up and a side of roasted cauliflower

Our August weekend festival is in full swing, weather is crappy +12 and drizzle but its not stopping the local talent from grabbing their guitars and going on stage. I just love it!! I have a headache today lol and all I had was 4 beer and a darn cooler (I'm blaming it on the cooler) I was volunteered to work the jumping castle this afternoon, oh joy!! I hope my headache goes away!! I had 3 lots of the seafood chowder yesterday, it was soooo good..my aunt is cooking jiggs dinner this evening so I'll go there for supper and then back to the festival!!

BBQ hamburger, BBQ hotdog, half an ear of corn and some ice cream w/ strawberries, pineapple & banana. It would have been a banana split, but there was only 1 banana between 4 people. Also, no peanuts, whipped cream or chocolate syrup. Tasty all the same.
