BBQ beef ribs, baked potatoes and Fresh beets. DQ is a must for dessert.

Baked BBQ chicken drumsticks (NF was clearing them out for .99/lb with a note saying to be used today. So I made double the amount I needed for supper tomorrow) and curried veggie couscous. There is no room for desert.

BBQ homemade turkey and bacon burgers, fauxtato salad, and Caesar salad.gin and tonics with salas a and chops for an appie.

We are finally at the end of a very hot week where we set records for high temperatures. Most of the week was between 30-40C. We really like our central air-conditioning.

Anyway, dh and LO picked up Quiznos meals with a coupon for tonight's supper.

..going to my aunts for supper this evening...she's cooking jigs dinner (hot day for that, yikes) she has some other people invited....its such a lovely day here...day on the deck, I'm making sangria if anyone wants to stop by..lol...and I have a fat bottle of JT chilling to take to dinner...lol

Mmmm, DH is making a big ole pasta! I was informed by him this time he is NOT cooking up any gf pasta on the side for me ( boo hoo ), but if I play mt cards right I can steal some of the meat/sauce mixture and just boil my own up. To be continued..........

beef brochettes with purple and green peppers, red onions, zucchini brochettes and smashed potatoes. the beef and vegie brochettes are marinating in the fridge since this morning. dessert will be fresh fruit cut up: watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, peaches and blueberries.

Honey Dijon Salmon fillets, Baked potatoes on the BBQ with seasoned green beans. Apple crisp for dessert.
