Today, January 4th, is National Spaghetti Day.
I think I'll make spaghetti with diced avocado and olive oil.

^oh, I'd say Yum to them!
Leftover chicken noodle soup, then husband will have the bones, skin, yuck, whatever chicken was left after I stripped the meat off the boiled chicken(to use tomorrow in a meal) (anyone else like that stuff? He just eats it with s+p and bread.) I'll have some chicken breast and salad.

Hoping Wolfie is okay!
Husband went shopping after work, and that changed supper plans for myself. I had some soup, then fresh crusty buns from the bakery with awesome maple smoked ham and lettuce. Oh, they are SO good - I love when that combo of items is on sale!

...took some frozen cod fillets out of the freezer (from the summer's food fishery) so I might do beer battered cod...but I might just keep it simple and pan fry with mashed potatoes, corn, etc..I also have some lemons to use so could also do a parchment packet in the oven with rice and veggies ..see what I feel like later
