I had some Pinty's spinach & chicken dip w/ some multigrain tortillas. It was just okay and not a product that I would purchase again. Thankfully I had used the $2 coupon and Superstore had them on sale for $4.99.

Back ribs are in the oven, in a homemade tomatoey, oniony, garlicky sauce; served with roast potatoes and onions, and peas, carrots, and kernel corn.

My kitchen cupboard reno is ungoing so my kitchen is still in a mess....yesterday morning I spent 3-1/2 hrs sanding, so that's done and this morning I used a steamer and removed all the old contact paper (gross) ..washed and cleaned everything..so I'm almost ready to prime everything. After I cleaned up again this evening I made spaghetti bolognese ..I still had ground beef in the fridge from Saturday and was going to make nachos yesterday but ran out of time and energy..so made a batch of spaghetti & garlic bread with leftovers for tomorrow

I made cauliflower pizza tonight topped with roasted fresh tomatoes, goat cheese and a touch of mozzarella. Super yummy! Next time I'll make it on a pizza stone to try and crisp up the centre a bit more.
