I was really hungry for supper today because the twins have been hungry and cluster feeding.

We had toasted bacon tomato and cheese sandwiches with mushroom soup, a big glass of milk and a chocolate cupcake. The tomatoes were freshly picked from my garden.

Not sure about tonight but there are leftovers in the fridge that need to be eaten- Including an entire dinner in Tupperware (roasted pork, mashed potatoes and fresh cauliflower) One left over cheese burger and perogies from last nights dinner. A wee bit of taco meat. Cooked pasta in the freezer that I didn't use last night. So thinking tonight will be clean out the fridge/freezer night

Anything and everything to do with cakes, my mom makes cakes and used to teach cake decorating. Also Oscar the Rabbit and Freda the Flamingo live there (they are fake cakes she made at a course, they are are life like cakes not flat sorry so hard to describe).

steamed egg with mini baguette. I like it spicy so i put quite a bit of chili sauce on my baguette
(eggs, ground pork, wood's ear mushroom, vermicelli, seasonings)

usually i'd have pickled carrot & daikon, cilantro, and cucumber but too busy to make them ahead. Plus hubby does not eat them anyway.

Macaroni chili hamburger helper, I added celery to it. In another pan I fried up some fresh chopped zucchini with whole cherry tomatoes and garlic powder. The zucchini and cherry tomatoes were from my garden. I also had a glass of milk. LO got a Riesen after he was done eating tonight.

Last night I decided to make myself pasta which I turned into a mini pasta bake just for me, kept it simple noodles, ground beef and a jar of classico roasted portbello sauce with some grated parm and cheedar.

I am supposed to do a ton of running around tonight but my engine light came on, hoping I can switch cars and still do my running around so tonight will probably be leftover pasta.

The twins were very needy last night, so I'm in need of sleep. I have a couple of meals planned, just not sure when we will eat it.

Shepherd's pie with fresh red potatoes from my garden.

Pork steak, apple sauce, tossed salad, and organic corn on the cob from a friend's mom's garden.

I also want to do some baking.
Cheese pinwheels made from home made pizza dough, first time attempting this. Oatmeal squares. Molasses oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I will happily freeze some of these to eat at a later date. I am planning on going fishing for a while on Saturday with my brother, so it would be great to bring home made snacks.

Cantonese Chow Mien, Breaded shrimp, Beef fried rice and Spring rolls. Pretty obvious we're ordering in.
