Last night we had Chicken out for dinner and Mom mentioned she really wished we had Alfredo Sauce (we are out and I haven't restocked the pantry. But, a few weeks ago I tried Dump & Start Alfredo in the Instant Pot and we had everything needed on hand.
So we had Dump & Start Instant Pot Alfredo with Chicken and Sauteed Mushrooms.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Just about that time...I am going to have a large slice of Dimpflmeier Light Rye bread ( toasted ) with egg salad on it along with a large garden salad.
Dessert will be 0% fat plain Greek yogurt mixed with a few tblsp whipped cream, blackberries and 3 x 5 calorie Jello cups!
So excited for the dessert...lol

Mom suggested Pizza and sure why not, today does not seem too hot but it looks like the rest of week will be on the warm side so today seemed like the day. So pizza it is with a side salad.
