    It's nearly time to do another round of batch cooking of something or other " just for me ". My mini meatloaves and stuffed peppers are all gone, soup's almost gone too. Sigh....would love to have Chana Aloo but the chickpeas and potato cost me too many calories. ( I could easily scarf down a huge bowl! ) I do still have 4 servings of a zucc/mushroom cheesy casserole left to pair with a protein? To be continued.......

    We had a later lunch so weren’t hungry at dinner time so just some cheeze and crackers and strawberries.

    Tonight’s plan is cauli crumble burritos with a side salad.

    Canada Day Dinner! lol. NOT. Just a regular dinner for me of soup, salad and meatloaf with a side of steamed cauliflower, and a bit of hummus with Daikon radish sticks. DH and DS haven't decided what they want atm. There are still 2 tubs of " store bought " macaroni salad and potato egg salad that they love, so probably those with a sandwich of sorts. I'll just look away when they eat!

    Dinner has been a true struggle lately, every time I turn around more is being added to my plate and by dinner time I am done and honestly, do not care. I am hoping being home for 3 days I can turn dinners back around, tonight will be:

    Balsamic Chicken with Mushrooms over Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes and I have some leftover broccoli I will reheat and serve on the side.

    Fend for myself tonight and the new stove just arrived now,and it is not connected and wrapped off and ect...not in the mood to do it as I have a migraine so..
    something simple ..cold or micro waved
    maybe a salad,dips and veggies and another chicken cranberries wrap or a chicken cranberries with mashed patatoes and yellows beans with cheese and greek yogurt parfait with wildberries fruits and granola will do the job lol
