    just finished breaking down a large piece of beef for 3 meals. Tonite will be a quick beef stir fried with onion to go over mixed green salad, simple vinaigrette dressing and homestyle fried potato pieces.

    I decided to cook lentils with tomato, baked vegetables and boil basmati rice (as a replacement for bread). I wanted a purely plant-based food, yesterday ate beef stew, baked chicken the day before yesterday. Variety is needed.

    Spaghetti we where supposed to have yesterday !!! And I think i will go grocery shopping meat for the upcoming meals and maybe go to the marche public for some chicken ,cheese and others things friday

    Had bought two of these Manicotti from NF but froze one. Last night I wasn't too sure if I was supposed to thaw it totally before placing it in a casserole dish and adding the sauce or just place it in frozen? . I gambled and it worked out.

    This is not my week for dinners, got a call from Mom her car was making a horrible noise she was going to drop it off at the mechanic so I had to run out and pick her up which resulted in both of us missing lunch so dinner was:
