    Fresh homemade pork burgers, fried them up! Served with baked potato slices for me, and for my husband - Olivieri three cheese ravioli with Classico alfredo sauce. Yup, some of us have to be uber-careful with dairy intake, lol!

    ..its a beautiful, mild day here , already +12 so think I might have a bbq this evening..prime rib, have a lot of potatoes to use up (20 lbs!! for $4.99 lol) so might make my oven crispy fries (they are soooo good) mushrooms, and sauteed baby spinach ..

    1/2 teen and 1/2 fries for me; husband had an Uncle and a teen.

    ..still trying to decide what to have this evening. My bbq turned out soooo good yesterday. I've been craving cabbage rolls and have cabbage & tomato sauce to use up so I might make cabbage hash (I find making this easier than the rolls) ..but p/u some lovely looking pork chops & fresh veggies at the grocery store this morning so would also like to have another bbq and make mango salsa, etc...see how the weather holds out as we have a freezing rain warning in place but not until later tonight
