What's For Dinner?

Tonight will be BBQ Chicken (done in the oven), with roasted potatoes and cauliflower.

...I have a pork roast in the oven that smells wonderful, its a stormy day here so if the power holds, I'm making crispy, spicy home fries, stove top, gravy and probably corn ..

Thank goodness for Whopper Wednesday - me, with a very hurt knee.

Nothing was put out to thaw, so we had KD, beans and fried bologna.

Toasted bacon, tomato, and cheese sandwiches with a glass of milk.

When supper was cooking yesterday I made up a couple of packages of KD, put in a buttered glass dish and covered with shredded cheese. Today when I came home I put it in the oven, and put beef wieners in another glass dish with sliced Spanish onions. I like slicing into the wieners, about 4 to 6 long slices in on each side, just leaving a little piece in the middle, so they curl up and get really crispy as they cook. They actually look really nice on the plate after. I added Fresh Broccoli and everyone was stuffed

Tonight's supper plan is bbq chicken legs, tinfoil potato packet, and either boiled veggies or a romain lettuce salad with a glass of milk.

edit: I didn't do the tinfoil packet potatoes. Instead I reheated leftover mashed potatoes with milk, cream cheese, Navarro cheese, green onion from my garden, and dill. It was pretty yummy.
