Not sure what it'll be: leftover spaghetti & sauce or cook up enough Minute Rice to put the VH butter chicken sauce to use. Simple is in.

..when I got home yesterday evening, I had a bunch of stuff in the cooler that needed to be cooked..made burgers from the ground beef & made a meat sauce that I froze to go with some nachos in the future...AND there was chicken breast & thick boneless pork chops, so I chopped it up with mushrooms, onion, spices, etc and put in the slow cooker with those Teriyaki packets we received in the sample source..lol..my slow cooker doesn't have a timer so I had to set my alarm and get up at 3:30 am to unplug..lol..so had that this evening with rice...added pineapple before going to bed

BBQ'd cheeseburger with sautéed onions, and corn on the cob. Cinnamon bun for dessert.
Now, time for some wine.

Tonight was boiled Schneider's sausage, fried Cheemo perogies, boiled green giant broccoli, sour cream, and a glass of milk.
Tomorrow's plan is a small moose roast cooked with an onion, diced sweet potato tossed with a little sugar cinnamon, boiled broccoli, Reeser's macaroni and potato salads, dinner buns, and a glass of milk. Most of these items were give to us, so it is an extra inexpensive supper. I'm sure there will be leftovers.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money

I've been caring for our sick and throwing up children for the past 12hrs and I'm not convinced that it is over yet. Dh threw up at work, so I'm currently the only person who hasn't. I'm not sure if I will even be cooking supper tonight. My SIL has been in the ICU for 8 days and counting. She is now in a medically induced coma and tubed.
Tomorrow night is is an indoor BBQ for a friend's birthday. It is too rainy, so they've been forced to relocate.Last edited by Angela273; Sat, May 28th, 2016 at 10:21 AM.

Just called my husband and gave him choices of what's for supper - none of which I will be cooking.
It just blows my mind that he picked fish and chips (thanks to Gibson's!). This is a dude who is not a fish eater, though he will eat it if I cook it. But for it to be a choice is amazing!

We ordered a pizza as well. Not because it was too hot but because we didn't have any meat thawed
