Husband had leftover chicken meal from yesterday. I had tomato soup and a toasted ham sausage sandwich.

I totally changed my mind. I ended up doing baked potatoes, buffalo chicken wings and a green salad.

the subtle hint was dropped at 2:00 a.m. ( DH: " gee I wonder what I can take into work tomorrow for my dinner? " )
I swiftly picked up on his hint and suggested he look in that BIG thing in the kitchen ( the fridge) as we often have food in there to cook up....( bwahahaha!!)
I just finished making a big pasta, Marc Angelo meatballs with spaghetti! Where is my Staples EASY button?

LOL, WOB!
Tonight, frozen pizza night! We get the Co-op rising crust deluxe pizzas, and they are awesome - way better than Delissio. They are a tad spicy for me, but I manage to get through several pieces anyway.
Used a raincheck on them last week for 3.49 each - and they are often a deal at $5, so yay!
I'll make two of them, and a salad to go with.

i think a stir fry is in order tonight since last nights dinner was so heavy. I bought some rice noodles last week at sobeys but the last couple times I've attempted to use them they just go into a giant clump. maybe more sauce is needed? if anyone has suggestions id love to hear them! anyway i'll cook up mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, onions, broccoli and maybe a chicken breast.

Last night was fresh asparagus, fries and chicken pulled from freezer. It was a miracle I cooked anything. I am so sick of winter. I want to BBQ in the sunshine!

Today's lunch that I had while volunteering was: home made lasagna, garlic bread (made with fresh garlic), coleslaw, cream puffs with fresh strawberries.
Snack in the morning was banana bread, cantaloupe, strawberries, cheddar cheese, water cranberry juice, tea, or coffee.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money
