Not sure yet. Maybe something simple like burgers on the bbq. Can pull homemade patties and buns from the freezer so no shopping involved.

Well, I was just called an hour ago and asked to work the bingo at our local legion tonight. I haven't worked bingo in years, but the legion suddenly needs the extra help, so I'll be there from 6:00-9:30 tonight. Dh will be home with our 3 young children. Therefore supper plans have had to change. Dh wants me to order Dominos for supper to quickly eat before I head out to volunteer for the night. I'm going to bake an apple rhubarb crisp this afternoon.

...my refrigerator stopped working yesterday (or stopped freezing) so I had to scramble to get things in the big freezer..had to sacrifice my iceberg ice
and a turkey which I cooked today, its in the oven now , a warm day to be cooking a turkey..lol...and to top it off I have a boo boo on my thumb, no idea what happened but I'm now on antibiotics for 10 days...pain..ouch!!!!!! but will that stop the long weekend festivities?..no way!!
