Enjoyed a fish fry feast last night. Made a thick batter and cooked up pieces of basa, large shrimps and scallops.
Deep fried a few slices of one of our garden zucchini's as well.
Mixed up a fresh jar of that maple syrup vinaigrette to have with our " Prague salad ".
Tossed veggies picked from the garden ( zucchini, green beans, snow peas, swiss chard, and green onions ) into the sesame oil coated wok, added some store bought bell pepper, celery, broccoli and carrot, splash of soy sauce and raspberry vinaigrette and called it a stir fry!
Just the 3 of us for dinner and there was not much conversation....too busy making yummy sounds....ha haLast edited by walkonby; Sun, Jul 24th, 2016 at 10:09 AM.

We had leftovers from a camping trip - cucumber/tomato salad, marshmallows, watermelon, and cran/pomegrante juice.

tonight im making some sort of Mediterranean Stir Fry. beef strips, red and yellow peppers, zucchini, celery, red onion slices, diced carrots. Sounds like what i always make but i think its all in the sauce or something. Anyway, will give it a shot. Served over steamed rice,. dessert will be watermelon. I love watermelon; can eat that stuff 24/7!
