Tonight it's Quiche Lorraine [Cream and Bacon Quiche] and my dad requests I make up some sausages just incase my quiche doesn't pan out. and the left over bacon on the side and probably toast [lol this really is going to be interesting]
[I'm making my first recipes from "mastering the art of french cooking vol 1" and it'll be my first quiche lmao.. this should be fun!]Last edited by Evil.Kitten; Sun, Jan 24th, 2010 at 12:35 PM.

JUNK FOOD! Making my super duper nachos, some louisiana chicken wings, chili, and subs. I've got a whole day planned out for the football games today... (lets go Jets and Vikings; though they might lose)

Going to in-laws' place for dinner!

Mmmm the quiche turned out great [added some minced onions to the bacon as they fried before hand so it gave it a good punch]..
Only bad thing is I used said 8 inch quiche dish and there was too much of the egg mixture! [like an entire cup too much]. So next time I'm goin to use a pie dish or a cake dish so I can get higher crust to hold it all lol.
my dad loved it too.. mmmmmmmm mmmm!
