What's For Dinner?

Small roast pork, scalloped potatoes, beets and gravy. Ice cream sandwich for dessert.

Have all my ingredients together to make my air fried chicken tonight. The chicken of course lol, flour, eggs, bread crumbs, seasonings. To go with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Also 1lb of ground beef that I just put in the fridge to make burgers friday.

..it was about 7+ degrees this evening, beautiful sunny day...finally able to BBQ ! bbq'd chops, baked potato, corn on the cobb & texas toast

I found it really interesting how much the baby ward in a hospital has changed since the last time I was in one which would of been 26 years ago

Breakfast for dinner again. Bacon, eggs, sausage, home fries and toast. Tea for me and a lemon water for the other half

Made the air fried chicken in the big boss oil-less fryer. 10 minutes per side and they came out crispy on the outside and very juicy inside. Sorry my camera sucks especially in dim lighting, pic is blurry.

We are going to Humpty's family resteraunt with a friend and her young family. We will be a group of 9 and need 3 high chairs. Humpty's has good family promotions. Friday supper time you get a free kids meal per adult meal purchased. You can also pick a free baby food items any day or time, apple sauce, pancake, mashed potatoes, etc.

edit: Dh had tangled burger with spicy fries and coffee, I had a chicken mushroom melt with tossed salad and lemon water, our kids had fish & chips, chicken fingers and French fries, apple sauce, and two caramel Sundays.

Something with Chicken, I haven't fully decided yet, either Chicken in Mushroom Gravy over Mashed Potatoes with Asparagus or a Chicken Stir Fry as I have a ton of veggies I need to use up.
