    Tonight I am making Balsamic Roast in the Slow Cooker, although I have tweaked the recipe a little. Instead of cooking the potatoes and carrots in the Slow Cooker, I am only cooking the Carrots, instead I will make Mashed Potatoes later to be severed with the Roast. Might also make another veggies to go on the side, will see how my day goes, maybe some Acorn Squash as I have one that needs to be used up

    Trying again to take a frozen " something " out of the freezer instead of making a new dish. This time it is the leftover mixture that I used for the Piroshki buns. I forgot that sauerkraut has a distinctive taste, I might try diluting the strength of that flavour by mixing other stuff in. Wish me luck! lol.
