What's For Dinner?

Decided tonight would be Breakfast for dinner, Eggs with Bacon, Toasts and a Potato Pancake

Went to Metro and bought hubby a Ristorante pizza and a Shepherd's pie (pate Chinois) for myself.

Change in plans, remembered we had some sliced Chicken in the fridge to use up so not instead we are having Clubhouse Sandwiches with Oven Fries

Bacon sandwiches and home made lemon tarts

made a big batch of french fries from frozen ones, stir fried some sliced beef with onion and garlic, then toss them on top of the fries. A big salad on the side for myself.

Tonight we are having Meatballs (homemade and pulled from Freezer) in Mushroom Gravy over Egg Noodles.

Normally we have this over mashed potatoes but neither of us are feeling making mashed potatoes so we are going to try it over Egg Noodles tonight.

Good for you @Purdee for getting your salad in every meal. I love salads, DH is ok with one every few days or so.

Home pita pizzas using up some pitas that are nearing their BB date. Pepperoni, mushroom and spicy pizza sauce.

hubby made a traditional beef & beans chili, another small salad on the side for myself

Totally looking forward to the Super Bowl tomorrow, still trying to decide on what to have for food lol..pulled pork, wings, nachos, etc are on the short list and I have lots of appys that can go in the air fryer. I wish I had taken out a roast from the freezer last night for the pulled pork so I could have cooked it today--TBD

Pan Fried Pork Chops (Breaded with Egg and Flour) with Roasted Potatoes and Roasted Zucchini, thinking of also added either carrots or corns to the line up will see how I feel well cooking.
