Was torn between a Roast or Pasta, honestly the Roast seemed like a lot of work so we are having Lazy Lasagna with Cheesy Garlic Naan and maybe a Ceasar Salad if I have Lettuce left.

Grocery shopping today so still no idea..but maybe hamburgers with patatoes wedges since i am craving it and the ground beef is on sale
And will purchase a foret noire cake ,some donuts and a tart so plenty of options!!!

I dont feel like cooking today, dont feel like doing anything actually. Maybe i will sit out in the sun for a bit. Hubby said we should order pizza tout garnie, but im not a fan of pizza so we shall see.

Tonight we are having Baked Chicken Breast with Hasselback Potatoes & Bean Medley

We've been grazing all day today....leftover BBQ burgers, cold pasta salads, coleslaw.

Dad had chicken sandwich and a smoke meat sandwich too!!! (purchased 3 packs as a treat for him,he was trilled) me plenty of options but so tired of my grocery shopping (was a big one) plenty of options so I will figure one later

time to make some room in our fridge so tonight we will have deli meat sandwiches (oven roasted turkey, honey maple turkey and honey maple ham), mini hashbrown and baby carrots.

Decided I had french baguette with chicken cranberry spread and a dip with veggies.Simple but ok for tonight as I was tired.
Tomorrow is still a mystery we are not decided between hamburgers ,pate chinois(ground beef,onion,cream corn and patatoes togheter) or pork tenderlion with vegetable slow cooked...did not have time to do the menu planning today,only the grocery but the options are there at least.

I just cleaned out the freezer and made:

3 x pasta with home made marinara sauce and meatballs
2 x pork chops with mixed veggies and can make a salad on the side.
1 burger pattie ready to put on a bun with all the fixings.
There is also a cooked chicken breast and rice in the fridge.

Now the kids can just heat and eat tonight and they have a choice. Kitchen is clean

Pate Chinois that I made!!! (Shepeard pie) The best is we still have 4 portions leftover!!! Plenty options for dessert.
