    After I have a big package of sausages expiring the april 2 and some pork tenderlion to cook into a mijote..that is the plan for this week lol.

    This was me last week, our fridge was busting at the seams with food and there were 2 nights I declared leftovers

    Decided on Spaghetti (or might be Linguine, whatever box is boxes) with Homemade Meatballs in a Classico Roasted Portobello Sauce. Will also make some cheesy garlic naan and cesar salad

    Happy with this choice it will use up a bunch of little bits in the fridge

    yesterday dinner was interesting lol....me and dad did not want to eat the lefovers so he ended up with 2 smoke meat sandwichs and I ended up with small meat pies (empanadas) that my aunt had made and some spring rolls with sweet sour sauce
    so tonight...maybe leftovers or still a mystery
    I am having leftover lasagna for lunch at least hahah

    Leftover because I have 2 portions left of shephard pie
    Leftover 6 pork sausages
    or Fresh salmon filet with a ceasar salad and a chinese rice with kami sauce
    Choice of yogurt,black forest cake or fruits for desserts
    right now I so want the 3 option but will see how I feel and what dad want to eat ..lol...
