I am using leftover Costco chicken to make some chicken curry-and using the bones for chicken soup. I am also making a cauliflower soup so we should eat well for a couple of days.

Tonight we had home made waffles, cotton candy grapes, sliced apple.
Tomorrow I plan on making carrot muffins, roast chicken, lazy man cabbage rolls, sliced cucumber.
Tonight's dinner is a nice Sunday Dinner but also based on the sales I got this week:
Roast Beef $3.99/lb + 100 pts/$
Broccoli $0.98 (PM Food Basics) + 4000 pts WUB 4 = Free
Potatoes 10 lb $1.47 (No Frills lowered their price to match Wal-Mart's sale price)
I will also make gravy from the dripping and an Apple Crisp with some apples I need to use up.
Dinner tonight is Chicken Tetrizini for DS.
Will also make BLSL chicken breast baked in the oven and will serve topped with chopped tomatos/basil/feta with fresh asparagus and brussel sprouts and ceaser salad. (asparagus and brussel sprouts thanks to $5 Flashfood box!)
Lots of leftovers to dinner tonight! Leftover spagh with meat sauce; piece of leftover chicken which i will make into chicken salad; enough leftover chicken soup for 1 person; and a bowl of corn chowder. So there's a big choice for tonight.
Big oil pot of chilli :P
Thinking tonight I will try a new recipe for Mozzarella Chicken and will serve it with Pasta. I have some cucumbers to use so think I will make Balsamic Cucumbers as a side dish.
I liked this recipe because it does not have Pasta sauce. You cook the chicken on a bed of Cherry Tomatoes, Onions & Garlic.
Individual naan bread pepperNoni pizzas with a romaine salad . Dh will have vegan ranch and I’ll have vegan Caesar dressing.
Did some big batch cooking today to try and have a plan for the next few days.
Dh really wanted the Dahl and rice so instead of having it tomorrow we had that tonight. He wanted to change the order too.
Tomorrow’s plan is to have seared tofu, Indian roasted veggies and rice
Thursday Caesar salad with tofu feta and spiced crispy chickpeas
Friday leftover Indian roasted veg pizzas and a salad
I'm looking forward to dinner tonight. We're gonna have burgers. Hubby will make chicken burgers for himself and i'll will have a veggie burger with Morningstar spicy blackbean burgers. I've never had it before so I hope it's good.
I had a blackbean burger at a local restaurant (Brewsters) last month and i really liked it so i'm excited to try morningstar burger. I thought about trying to make my own but i could end up with too many and we don't have a lot of freezer space.
Cabbage rolls that my friend dropped off-as we are expecting our Ukrainian refugee to arrive today.
I have some mushrooms and a pepper I need to use up so tonight we will have Enchiladas with Homemade Enchilada Sauce with Chicken, Mushrooms, Onions, Peppers and Cheddar.
Making chinese food this evening (Does anyone happen to have a good beef & broccoli recipe that's not too salty???) Tomorrow is Good Friday so have fish fillets thawing in the fridge. Looking forward to the Easter weekend. Saturday I'm going to bake a ham and make a bunch of different salads, etc and a couple of chocolate desserts and binge watch the 2 seasons of Bridgerton over the weekend :)
well the morningstar spicy black bean burgers were not good so i've bean searching and found a recipe that i'll try - not a vegan nor vegetarian black bean burger. Just meatless black bean burgers because the recipe uses egg.

Tonight is a use things out of the freezer kind of night. When I cleaned out the freezer I found 2 older bags of Pasta Sauce they needed to be used up and a number of bags of Naan with just a few in each.
Tonight will be Lazy Lasagna with Cheesy Garlic Naan and a Caesar Salad
