    While the Leafs played horribly we snacked on onion rings, fries and kid sized burgers from Burger King. The Leafs won in O.T. against the Rangers but they sure did not deserve to have that victory....shameful performance imho.

    In an hour the frozen Butterball turkey ( football shaped ) roast will be fully cooked. I'll be roasting spuds, red peppers and carrots as sides. The last 4 individual sized sausage/bread stuffing portions that were made at Christmas will be thawed out and cooked up as well. Canned gravy though...oh well can't have it all. This will be split between Friday's work meal for the guys and dinner for me. Leftovers for whoever gets to them on Saturday...ha ha

    I made a meatloaf ( plant based of course) with smashed potatoes, evoo and balsamic glaze roasted brussel sprouts and a quick and simple gravy. Oh soooooooooooooooo good. I actually want it for breakfast today

    Leftovers loaf and taters. Dh had a “tuna” sandwich and just smoothie after his workout. I needed a bit more than a smoky after mine so I had the leftovers.

    Tonight is Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Sesame Pork Loin, on the side I will serve Rice with Stir Fry Veggies.

    Rice is precooked so just needs to be heated through.

    All bought at Public Harvest Saturday for a good meal
    Dijonnaisse chicken strips with linguine pastas with a white wine and mushrooms sauce
    It was so good and we have leftovers for one lunch this week
