We are in the middle of a blizzard so comfort food on the menu: roast chicken with roast veggies, salad and maybe gravy.

Chicken, scaloped potatoes and.. a veggie of some kind lol and Coconut cream pie for dessert!!YUM!

Don't know yet... we ate some pizza for breakfast/lunch a few hours ago so I have plenty of time to decide on dinner, bf doesn't get off work until 12:30

Tonight is some mad scientist creation of some kind of mexican lasagne with chicken, beans and corn! Hopefully DH will eat it

I made baked ravioli with sausage in the sauce tonight...it was fantastic Especially since the "fresh" ravioli was on clearance at No Frills!!

Italien sausage BBQ'd left over mixed it with tomatoes veggies and rice.

I made a red bean and chicken salad and ate in in whole grain pitas. It was very good

We had a big wet snow fall today. Had to get my winter jacket and boots out. I decided we need to warm up so a beef noodle soup it was.

Baja citrus chicken with chicken and herb rice , carrots and broccoli, and buns...yummy!
and the best part, DH took me to Starbucks for a dark cherry mocha frappuccino...ahhh
