    Rosemary/Lemon roasted chicken, steamed veg(aspapragus, and carrots) and sauteed mushrooms with smashed taters and Knorr demi glaze gravy with my added touches like red wine.

    Yum!! You guys make such good dinners, esp. harbie!! I have 2 bagged salad that I have to use for tonite's dinner. I don't know what I should do with the chicken breasts to go with the salad. We've already tried breaded and plain pan fried. Any ideas?

    Tonight were heading to the pub by our house for wings and onion rings! Its walking distance and lets bf get out of the house a bit...as long as he is not in to much pain.

    That sounds SOOO good! do you use the jarred peppers and artichokes or make them?
