    For us, grilled chicken breasts that have been marinating in the fridge for two days (only because I haven't had the chance to cook them until now!) and some frozen veggies from the microwave. The chicken was particularly fabulous, SO tender!

    I am cooking pork Sirlones on the BBQ.

    I will cover them with Jaimacan Firewalk and Swanp venon spices from DizzyPig Spices.

    I cook them at 300 on the BBQ when 90% cook I add Diana Sauce for ribs and chicken. (I mix the sauce with some maple syrup and 1 TBSP of Brown sugar, a hint of cinamon them microwave for 45 seconds then re-mix and add to meat with brush) cook for 5-10 min flip and re-apply sauce and a nother cook time of five minute! and enjoy!

    I also made some Bake potatoes on the BBK!
