    tonight was "easy tomato-mushroom soup"

    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can tomatoes and juice
    1/2 soup can milk
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tbsp. dried basil

    serve with hot buttered multi-grain toast!

    Roasted chicken, smashed potatoes, gravy, mixed veggies.
    Yummy, but not a good idea to have the oven going when the humidex was well over 30, and no a/c!!!
