Last night I made spinach dip baked in a pumpernickel loaf, crispy chicken wings, and toasts with mushrooms, onions and ham on them, with lots of melted cheddar.
Odd combo, but yummy.

Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, carrots and corn. I cooked two chickens so we have leftovers for lunches during the week. The chicken is in the oven now and it smells gooooood!!!!

I am trying to fight off a cold that has been going around the school where I am teaching.
I made home made chicken noodle soup for lunch. I am now making lazy man cabbage rolls (new recipe).

Making Homemade Vegetable soup with cheddar biscuits. It's a perfect day for it, and homemade pumpkin pie for dessert.

I cooked a lot on the weekend so we have a choice of chicken fried rice, blade roast with potatoes and carrots, fried chicken breasts, and tacos. I guess I was on a roll. So for the rest of the week it's nuke your choice.

Hm... Awesome! ... that is the meal I planned and wanted last night! However, Extra was sold out of chickens, and I had nothing else thawed so we had burgers from Wendy's.
