Salmon with a mustard/balsamic sauce and roasted broccoli & asparagus with a side of brown rice. Desert is Apple rhubarb caramel crisp from Save On foods :)
Tonight will be homemade veggie soup and bread/crackers.
Because it's Good Friday, for us it's a strict fasting day - no food til supper, and we can't have meat or dairy.
I made beef tortellini in a mushroom and tomato cream sauce...baked with cheese of course, and caesar salad and crusty bread. SO good :)

Tonight I made homade pizza on flatbread which went down well.
Last night we went to dinner theatre and had Ducks breast with hoisin sauce,asparagus & onions,gratin potatos,grape tomato salad.Sushi, shrimp ,escargo and crabs legs,boy was I full but it was all so delicious.Dessert was great- a little of most things!!
