Bah...spent $100 on groceries yesterday and it feels like there's nothing to cook. So, no idea for tonight...

put a roast with onion soup mix in the crock pot early this a.m so when we came home tonight it was all ready to go. made mashed potatoes, carrots and broccoli. onion soup mix gravy. yum yum yum

Last night my son made a casserole with garlic sausage, pasta, beans, and tomato sauce. He did well, but it was pretty heavy on the garlic he added, lol!

i made meatballs and put them in the slowcooker with some tomato sauce.. making meatball subs tonight with oven fries.

i have to figure out how to cook the pork tenderloin then we're gonna have it with mashed potato and risotto (hmm pomodoro or asparagus/pea?) - they are from in cuisine @ SW - there's a good deal SW has right now - can't wait to try them

This morning I made some more homemade veggie samosa's. Wow they turned out well again lol. I ate a couple of the 8 I made and will have the rest tonight with a quick salad.
