^ lol. I second the motion to bow down before the oven. My god that is one beautiful oven and stove. I have stove envy.

@ canadianbella- "new potatoes" are those that have been freshly harvested and are the first ones of the season so they are young and often on the smaller side as far as potatoes go. But they are tender and delicious!!! If you haven't had new potatoes before, you should try them!

Thats the only type of roast I will buy, other than a prime rib roast or a tenderloin at Christmas, see....so same, same lol

You see guys, a little known fact here, SillyLoocie and I look almost identical, we both are battling the same nasty disease, we have the same siblings, the same likes and dislikes, damm, we even wear the same sunglasses! It's the twin I never knew I had until joining here!

Last night I made gluten free pizza (yes using my coconut flour recipe) piled it high with turkey peperoni, peppers, onions, roasted garlic, feta and fresh bocconcini cheese from the cheese market.....to die for. Nope, not a single slice left I'm blamin it on you WOB....you had to go and broadcast that you were making pizza on Friday

Tonight I'm going to make a roast. I have this great oven that I can set outside on a table and let it do it's thing. That way I don't have to heat up the rv, one of the best investments I ever made!

Lol, yeah it's nice to have for sure. Not seen in the pic is the grill which I use all the time. I use that griddle a lot to to make eggs and sometimes burgers or I use the grill for burgers.

Tonight will be burgers again (I'll take a pic of that side of the stove tonight lol) I'm gonna miss that stove when I move, but I probably won't be here much past the spring because I really would like to move back in to town. I was told there was an apartment available in the building right behind where I work dec 1st. Well dec 1st is way too short notice.
