Isn'T it annoying when you cook something and then think...i don't feel like eating that now "sigh"

I made a vegetable and tofu stew but ended up eating a small salad and a banana.
At least i have something already made for tomorrow, lol

Last night son had leftover ribs, potatoes and veggies; husband had KD and ham; I had a bit of pasta (but before bed had a few buns when I finally could eat).

Tonight will be smokies and potato salad.

I made a few soup in a jars for the bake sale, but they weren't sold, so I guess i'll be making one of them tonight!

Lentils, split peas, pasta, a yummy spice mix, and dehydrated peas/onions.

I'm probably missing something, but it looks yummy and it's only the dry ingredients!

I made salmon patties (http://southernfood.about.com/od/sal...s/r/bln544.htm) and had some of the warm garlic dill potato salad I made on Sunday. I have enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow and probably lunch Thursday as well! I still haven't figured out how to cook for one LOL!

    I'm feeling a lot better now- I had a horrid cold/cough.
My grandmother wanted to take the family out for an annual Alaskan king crab dinner!
    Thanks grandma!

    So here he is...

King crab! The staff brought him out to say hello and so I could snap photos.

Legs, steamed with garlic, ginger, scallions and glass noodles.

Salt and pepper fried eel fillets with taro crisps. It was delicious!

The crab innards, cut, stirfried and seasoned with Maggie sauce

Fried quail- super moist, tender and flavourful.

Crab fried rice with Portugese cconut curry served in the shell.

Dinner was really good and with a $600 price tag, it damn well be! Ah!
