What's For Dinner?

Oh, holly, I had given away several coupons I had for them, thinking that I was never going to buy 'such weird chicken', lol!

The verdict: the chicken was awesome! Because I made it just exactly the same way I would a regular chicken, it was easy to judge. There was no taste difference in the chicken itself - and the bonus was the roasted breast was very juicy, which as we know is sometimes a concern.
My son said he wanted this chicken every day! We don't normally have such a big "Sunday" meal on a Tuesday, but I wanted to try it because if it were good, I would buy more, so we bought two more chickens last night.

Tonight will be my fabulous crab bisque with homemade roasted garlic biscuits. Tons of left over crab, going to make a seafood lasagna (???) today as well and freese it for a later date. I can't believe how much crab meat was in that bag, enough for 3 meals so the price was actually really good. The crab was tender and wo sweet, I will be purchasing that again for sure

Not sure...I want to use up the veggies and stuff I have in the fridge so Im thinking chicken, kale, garlic, snow peas, peppers, carrots sauteed and then eaten with quinao and I might add some kinda sauce over.

the girl and i will have some homemade beef barley veggie soup.

the boy will like have something, i'm sure. he's picky!

Got looking through my coupons and realized I need to start buying a ML flattened chicken once a week to use up the coupons before they expire. Walmart carries them for $10.00, $5 after coupon. So supper will be chicken with mashed potatoes and yellow beans, and Olympic Krema yogurt with strawberries for dessert.

tonight was maple leaf stuffed chicken breats, my rice casserole with long grain rice, garlic, carrots, onions, broccoli, bell peppers cooked in chicken stock and topped with schredded cheese, garden salad. strawberries/raspberries and coolwhip for dessert

worked tonight so had dinner at 10pm lol and had mini wheats

we had mexican bean salad, steamed broccoli and parsnips, and oktoberfest sausage.

i've got a pulled pork in the slowcooker for dinner tonight, gonna have oven fries with it i think. the kids will probably 'eww' and 'ick' me so they'll end up with a grilled cheese i'm guessing.

Tonight breaded chicken, pasta and sauce, with soem fresh mozzarella to put on top, veggies and salad.
