..I have some beef strips marinading in a hoisin sauce , going to stir-fry with some onion & peppers, etc and hollow out a french loaf and add the beef/onion pepper mixture, top with provolone cheese, wrap in foil and bake in the oven until the cheese is all melty
** and I have a pan of brownies cooling and going to top with a peanut butter/icing sugar mixture and then top with melted chocolate--seen it on TastyLast edited by KelJo; Thu, May 25th, 2017 at 02:02 PM.

Tonight I will serve leftovers from last night and then nachos while watching the game
(beef is already cooked and ready in fridge so just have to get the rest ready quick and pop in the oven.

Had the plan for supper before it turned out being so cold, so I made Lipton chicken noodle soup to start - with added wagon wheel noodles and extra broth.
Then, ironically, we had the Picnic special from Sobeys - for $18 it was a big classic Dagwood sandwich, potato salad, six mini cans Coke, 12 mini cupcakes - really pretty decorated red and white.
