I totally forgot that I had bought a package of Olivieri fresh lasgana sheets. Lucky I spotted a small enough pkg of ground meat in the freezer, some leftover sauce in the fridge and there's always Mozz cheese in the meat drawer. Whew!
Guess I'm making a small lasagna up for the guys.

Mmmmm
It's all cooked. Used a combo of ground chx and xtra lean beef. Grated a bit of my precious real Parm off the block to mix with the Mozz and used tomato paste, passata and what was left in the Classico jar. Sliced up the starting to wrinkle mushrooms from the crisper to layer in as well.

Mom is not feeling the best today so she is having Chicken Noodle Soup from the freezer so I pulled a Chicken Parm Soup I will have. I will bake mine off in the Oven and top with Cheese and will probably make some Cheesy Garlic Naan to go with it.
