Baked chicken breasts (extra for tomorrow's supper). Also skinny Asian noodles with celery, water chestnuts, and mixed veggies. Cauliflower and broccoli have been expensive here for weeks, I'm missing having them fresh in the fridge. All served with a glass of milk. LO has the option of leftover sausage from last night.

Tonight I'm making sweet n sour pork stir fry. I had to go to RCSS to pick up a few more veggies and while there I found some crab legs at 30% off! Those will be used in tomorrow's supper.

BBQ'd chicken parts with Ramen noodles = chicken noodle soup....right?
I used to stand outside the home economics door between classes begging for food.
Can you tell? Does it show?
I told the girls I was Ethiopian.
