    Trying my best to get back on track with dinners, decided to get creative tonight.

    I made Chicken Parm in the Instant Pot but all of the recipes I found included cooking the Pasta in the Instant Pot. I had some cooked pasta from earlier in the week in the fridge so I tweaked the recipe to just cook the chicken. I added mushrooms and red peppers for some veggies and added mozzarella and parm. It was good a little bit too much liquid and a bit like Chicken Parm Soup but it had good flavour.

    Tomorrow, I need to write a meal plan.

    Dinner last light was steak, shrimp, mushrooms/onion, baked potato and ceaser salad. (for me it was lunch and dinner!) I was starving and it was so good!

    Cost was less then $5 per person. And that is DS and I splitting the Shrimp (we are the only ones that like it)

    Dalissa bacon cheddar sausages (2,97$ wm) with maybe mashed patatoes and a salad
    angel food cake with triple wildberries and whipped cream for dessert yum!!

    BLSL chicken breast, rice, green beans and a few onion rings (used up open bags of green beans and onion rings from the freezer)

    Tonight dinner was bbq chicken skewers with oignion,peppers and zucchini
    I turned mine into a wrap with tzaziki,tomatoes and cucumbers,.

    Tonight we are having appetizers: brushettas because It has to be finish and I bought a baguette bread and smoked salmon slices that I found when doing the cleaning of the freezer,so with baguette and cream cheese and slices of smoked salmon on top of that it is so delicious
