So I wrote to Glade and they wrote me back with this response:
Thank you for letting us know what you experienced when attempting to redeem your coupon for the Glade® Scented Oil Candles. I'll be certain to share this information with our promotional team.
I'm uncertain as to why the store would not allow you to use your coupon as both types of Glade® Scented Oil Candles are the same except for the tin packaging. Because we would like for you to have the opportunity to try this product, I'm sending a complimentary coupon to your home address. I hope you will enjoy using it.

Thanks for posting. I was successful today redeeming my coupons at WM. I had seen your previous post so was armed with the info (although had not printed it) but didn't need to use it as the cashier accepted my coupons no questions asked.
I will get a few more coupons though and will print out the reply you received just in case the next cashier isn't willing to honour my coupons.

I found a couple coupons in my coupon envelope so while running another errand at WM decided to redeem them. Yesterday the cashier didn't bat an eyelash at ringing in the 6 X $4 printable coupons for the $3.87 SOC tin holders but today the cashier called a SCManager to clarify if coupons were in fact valid for the tins and after some discussion she okayed the coupons for the items but the cashier told me she wouldn't give me $4 as she couldn't do that...????the SCManager didn't say such thing and since it wasn't a problem yesterday I wondered why it was an issue today but I didn't argue...at least I was getting the item for $0 paying only the applicable taxes.
I hadn't yet printed the email response from Glade not having access to a printer but guess I won't need it now as I redeemed the coupons I had. For anyone else who is going to be trying to redeem their coupons I STRONGLY suggest you print out the email response and take it with you....you might need it!!

where do you find these? i haven't seen any at all in any store, only the old ones..
