Our cord for our block heater went. Last year it was the block heater itself. Now we are towing it to crappy tire and having them replace the cord with a spear cord we have, 200.00 for really nothing.

Aw, geez, it's always something, hey? Here, three vehicles tried and only one will maybe get going soon - my son bought a used car yesterday and it looks like he needs a new battery, maybe an alternator. Husband didn't plug the van in overnight (despite ALL my nagging), so that is kaput. So now they are charging the Mustang.... need some way to get to PartSource. I kept nice and warm inside, and found him a coupon, though!

Logged into SC for the first time using my new Macbook. Even with a smaller screen the picture is excellent. Now I just have to figure out all the features!!!

I have been sleeping off and on all day long. I slept in, got up, did some laundry, had some breakfast, went back to bed, got up, fed Megan, checking in here, and then back to bed for me.

I am so sore, all of my muscles are on fire. My eyes are the worst they've ever been today. Hopefully my spelling and spacing is alright here!!

Got home from my Xmas lunch with 3 friends. I'm so happy the hostess is domestically inclined - she made turkey with about a dozen side dishes & her sis brought a cheesecake for dessert. I brought dog biscuits for the canine host.

Had to cut the visit short, cause I'm off to a Xmas concert in an hour. Then I get to do some baking when I get home.

The brats are already sitting in the kitchen, waiting to lick the bowls clean, even if they're empty (once the baking supplies come out, I have an entourage).

Wow we just had about 3 inches of snow and my neighbor knocked off all the snow on one side of the carport into my driveway. Time to take pictures and start building a case. Funny how he snuck out knocked it off my side but didn't do the other side which falls onto his walkway. He has yet to offer to clean the snow he lets fall on my side. I can't get into my car when this happens.

Some people suck big time.

similar situation at my house. my neighbours had interlocking put in between the houses at backyard gate to the front path. they only own about 2' and infringed ever so slightly on my side (which is 4' plus). now they've taken to pushing the snow on my side. geesh!
