O.k. so Sears will be here within 2 hours. I don't care what anyone says whenever I call them they are here the same day. I have never had any issues with theri service.

Good (late) morning, all. It's sunny, if a bit cool here.
Can't seem to find any motivation to start my day. Might just curl up with the critters & take a nap.

Wow that is super fast for service. Can't complain about that. Our hot water tank went a few years back and it was just over 2 years old.Of course my luck is there was only 2 years warranty on it.I am luck that my dad and DH were able to install it and no labor. My dad said that the one that we had that died was just a cheap one(plastic drain spout and fittings)and that you want to make sure the one you buy has a metal drain spout.Like everything they are trying to make the cheap and they end up not lasting.

Well we paid a premium price for this one but it has a limited 5 year warrenty and an 10 year on some parts. It has the metal drain as you mentioned. I think it cost us about $450. Our old one went on Dec. 30 2006 just our luck the only days of the year where the stores for 2 days in a row. That was tough. Kiera was little, we are 6 here and by the time my plumber could get here it was 5 days.

They changed the way they do vacations at work, in a good way for once. Instead of us having to accumulate days, we get them up front, so that means I get 37 vacation days this year and 20 in 2011. Yay!
