I picked up some different coupons today at Metro but I can't remember which they were as Im' on nights & my mind is a sieve right now...I will post later on. I do remember one was for Pedigree dog food ($3). I also found the $15 mail in rebate form for Dare there. Another was for Mazola Oil.
I will look up the Sarnia couponing group on FB. I'm not on FB much but any help & insiders reports are welcome! Thanks!

Hey Katie, Just catching up to see if you've found any coupons locally lately. I'm finding them few & far between. I found Stag Chili .50 off at Metro last week & that was their ONLY tear pad out! Usually they are a good spot to find some. I found the Sherriff B2G1 & Mousse coupons (all in one) at GT last week as well....any luck on your end?

ah....I've never tried them & just traded them off this week Ah well...next time. I'm looking for the Multibionta vitamin $10 coupons. I traded for 5 of them earlier this week & it cost me $10 movie pass......but I got 5 free boxes, which saved me $30 (on sale price) at SDM tonight! So I guess since it cost me $10 to buy them from the trader, I saved $20...still good I'm up to an 8 month supply now if I remember to take them everyday! They work well for my digestive system....if you see any & don't use them I'd gladly trade....Happy Holidays to you & yours!

Thanks for the soy tip, it happened that Metro had it on last week for $3.49, I had 3x.75 coupons and one $1 but it also had 20 air miles for each 2! No frills price still a better deal, but oh well!!! Thanks for the heads up anyhow.

That's ossum!!! I did buy gift cards at SDM to reap the bonus points special...laying carpet so was money I was goign to spend elsewhere anyway...one SDM let me buy gift cards with gift cards...the one at Northgate didn't . I find they are stricter than the new on on Michigan.

I don't use bar soap, but it would go great in a basket or for donation I haven't found any great deals in town lately...mind you, I have tried to stay out of the grocery stores this past week. I did go to Rexall to get the "free" VIM...they wouldn't sell it to me because the coupon was for more than the VIM...no longer liking REXALL...too bad WM didn't carry the right size or I would have PM'd!

Gillette shave gel is on sale at Rexall this week...2/$5...not the cheapest we've seen but not bad when we use our B3G$5 off coupons....

lol...the lady said the same thing to me & I had to point it out! lol...they really don't like us getting stuff for cheap! I see that Walmart has the Gillette shave gel on sale now at $2.88. Wish they had it for $1.50 like they did the lady's shave gel a while back! Have all those buy3save $5 coupons to use by month end.

Thanks for posting the GT cereal deal, I looked and I do indeed have 12 coupons-thought they were just for my Shredded Wheat! I will pop in tomorrow and see if I can get 12-and yes, I have had the magnifying glass lady before!!!

Got some! There is still some left....I didnt' clear the shelf. Still not finding any tearpads in town....is "dry season" around here! I wonder if the small town mentality is kicking in & they are worried about losing money! (although not sure how they would!)
I got 2 boxes of the Post Cereal at GT yesterday. Still lots there. I wish I had more coupons! Dont' check out through the lady with the long fuzzy brown hair that gets her magnifying glass out to read the coupons! She takes sooooooooooooo long & then tries to find a way to make them not valid! She wasn't goign to accept my 2 Post coupons because it says "One per purchase" so I said "Ring it through separately then" & she did! The second sale was for 2 cents! lol....

there is a local section for sarnia but no one ever posts, and I know there has to be more of us because I've seen deals here (like the gillette -$5wub3) then the products sell out. is there any particular deals you'd like me to look out for(im always searching for baby stuff, but anything free or close to is good )? I live right near no frills in there usually once a day, and can relay any unadvertised sales, or clearance items.
