Auction issue still unresolved:
Further to my posts of last Friday; Amanda83 has still not resolved the auction.
I am the highest (accepted) bid and the auction was to end on Nov 10th; after the posted end day/time she then posted that she would be away for the weekend and looking for more bids (but did not give a new end date/time).
It is now Tuesday and there have been no updates on the auction thread by her.
I have also emailed her twice with no response. She has been online several times and posted to other threads in the past few days.
I am not looking for any input, I am just warning others about this trader and the situation.

I hate when people hand out negatives so easily when cp really is screwed up latley if the person shows good intentions there shouldn't be a negative. My god I have had my share of lost envies receiving and giving. I think SC is going to be a pretty sad place if we start handing out negatives because CP is slow. Now there is a certain outstanding SC'er who has given alot to SC, contests, roaks and smiles who is scared to even come on or trade because of negatives. I find this VERY sad. I thought SC is an understanding community where we are trying to help others. My god I have had FPC's go missing that a trader sent me that could REALLY help my family(being a single mom and working for crap) 5 or 6 FPC's including rare Natrel coupons and more I know she sent them NEVER came I told her not to worry about it she wanted to do something so gave me 5,000 SDM points.... I in turn donated most of the points to a great SC'er who needed them.

Not really, if the communication was there to begin with, then the neg probably wouldnt have happened - I have had trades take 2 months to get to me (postmarked as said) and kept in contact with the person, she sent me a replacement which arrived 2 days before the original envie. I sent her back the replacement even though some of the old ones were expired because it really wasn't her fault. But if we had not been in contact, I would have left a neg and had it changed, but left the note citing poor communication

I dropped off my envelope @ my local small town PO today. I asked whether they were noticing any changes in the delivery of mail- she looked up at me, laughed and said "ummm ... ya, CP lost our mail today and we never got any first class mail". she said they are trying to track where it would of went, but as of 5 pm tonight, nothing in sight. She said the workers that got sent back to work, here in WPG couldn't give a rip how they're doing their jobs. I am no longer trading for this very reason .... 2 trades gone bad is enough for me.

On the subject of CP & lax mail delivery, I usually get my flyers on Wed (it used to be as early as Tues). Last week's flyers showed up yesterday. Have no clue when this week's will show (if they do).
I've had mail go missing as well.
I've given up hope of getting mail regularly through CP.

I'm in the same boat, got some of last weeks flyers this week.
We had some wonderful quality service from CP yesterday. I found a parcel for us sitting in our driveway near the road. Our usual delivery person either brings it to the door, or leaves a pick up notice in our mail box, but yesterday (not our regular person!) left our pkg at the end of the driveway. Luckly I found it before it rained/snowed, got run over, or got picked up by someone else!
This was following the day before when I got a Speed Stick sample, and happened to be at the mail box when the delivery person arrived and said "People are going to think you stink" when she handed it to me -I assume she was trying to be funny, but I wasn't laughing.....last I checked she was being paid to deliver the mail (properly!) not to be a comedian.Last edited by CouponLadybird; Thu, Nov 17th, 2011 at 08:12 AM.

Or you can have your negative made into a positive with out actually doing anything to resolve it.
We are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience.

I am going to file a complaint today, I was going to let the first one slide as it could easily be a case of foot in mouth - I assume she was just trying to be funny (she's not!). But leaving the parcel in the driveway was too much. It was just lucky I was home to find it.
