Christmas is only 24 days away (yay!!!) and so I have compiled a list of links for my fellow vegheads here at SC. Some of you non-vegetarians may be having vegetarian friends or family visiting and you're not sure what to make. This list is not all-inclusive by any means but is meant to be a starting point.

We celebrate a meatless Christmas Eve; it's a cultural/religious tradition!
And, in the five weeks leading up to that, we are now doing two days a week of meatless, rather than just one - so I appreciate the ideas!!!

I have not eaten meat for many years and like to try new things at Christmas so these sites are great! Meatless cabbage rolls are a family favourite but a traditional dinner with all the trimmings (minus the bird) is pretty good too!
I like to make up names for the meatless products I eat like...
1. Notdogs
2. Shambugers
3. Facon
4. Phoney baloney.
Have a meatless Christmas- a turkey will thank you!

Has anyone noticed that the veggie selection at Loblaws has dwindle? I keep asking the meat manager (super hot guy I actually went to hs with, so I'm not that pissed that he hasn't gotten to the root of it, because I keep getting to talk to him about this) what happened....

They say bacon is the number one thing that leads vegetarians astray! Luckily I've never liked the stuff. I do get the odd craving for steak in the winter but I'm blaming the Canadian cold for that one
